We are organized in three teams for your service and protection

In order for us to serve you best, we have to be able to gather information in detail, filter that information before it is processed, and carry out tests that are not influenced by the test designers or by your client's desires.

The part of our company you will actually meet and speak with is the contracts team. The contracts team does NOT meet directly with the other teams, but gathers project related information and edits it to ensure that the identity of your client is completely hidden. The contracts team does not attempt to evaluate your needs technically. If additional information is needed, it will come from the test design team but come through the contracts team.

The design team is made up of undisclosed experts who actually determine how the project will be done. (See below concerning general qualifications for the design team.) They will take the initial specification and request, determine what can and cannot be proved in regard to the specification, and whether it is possible to do so live in front of a jury or only by means of videotaped test runs. They will also specify how much internal validation is required for a tool to be released for use in front of a judge or jury.

By "experts", we mean people with hands on experience designing the kinds of software and hardware being tested for high level, successful companies. While we do not rule out persons with academic qualifications, every specialist on the design team must have worked in real company engaged in the appropriate technology for a substantial period of time. Most current team members have patents or patents pending or other intellectual property inventions (sometimes in an employer's name) and most have participated in the development of common industry standards like ATA, PC-1999 and PC-2001, ACPI, APM, PCI, and so on. It is almost 100% certain that if you use a PC, you have used products partly designed by or specified by our specialists -- and the odds are also pretty good if you use a programmable phone, a home or small office networking device, or a printer. However, because our procedures keep the design team from knowing what your client hopes to prove, you get only their knowledge and not prejudices for or against products they have worked on in the past.

The test team has two different functions, depending on the project. Where Triple Blind Testing is only provide the software and hardware to demonstrate facts live, the test team does all internal validation. This internal testing is NEVER optional and is required for any software or hardware not operated by our team members when used. In addition, if a project requires extended testing and data compilation, the test teams execute all required tests with both the tester and the target equipment on video camera.
