Getting Started With Triple Blind Testing
In general, the first step for using our services is to discuss your needs with a member of our contracts team.
To start with, the information the contracts team will require a written specification that will be the basis for testing. Please note that while a project may involve testing only a single part of a specification, a full specification must be provided prior to any estimate for test development to be valid. In the case of published or public standards documents, the specific revision(s) that are applicable must be identified. If a document covers more than one type of product, the product type to be evaluated must be clearly identified
In addition, we will require information about the test targets -- the environment and products to be tested. For a test of a computer against a common standard like the Microsoft WHQL standard, the "test targets" would be the computer at issue and another computer as similar as possible and a common version of Windows. During the design phase, test targets must be sent to company headquarters only with prior consent by Triple Blind Testing. Once the tests are designed, test targets can be sent direct to the test site.
Once the contracts team provides a specific, written estimate of the project, and you choose among any available options, a payment of 25% (for fixed estimate projects) or the first month's projected fees (for pay-as-you-go projects). The balance will be payable in installments but delivery of the final software, hardware and/or data files will be contingent on payment in full.
All software, hardware, designs and other intellectual property (other than data) remain the exclusive property of Triple Blind Testing or the individual team members who create them.
