Teams are formed only by Invitation

If you want to be invited to join either the design team or the contracts team, you will need to send a resume to resumes@doesitreally.com. If you submit a resume, it is assumed that you have the legal option for self-employment in the jurisdiction where you reside -- we do not offer employment as an employee through this site. Apart from any required business license, this includes having your own computer and Internet connection.

We do not guarantee to review all submitted resumes, to retain all submitted resumes, or to contact the submitter. However, by submitting a resume with contact information, you do agree that we may contact you at this information either for a specific Triple Blind Testing project or to discuss keeping your contact information on file for future Triple Blind Testing projects. No resume will be reviewed if it fails to pass security scanning for viruses.

Resumes are only reviewed for the test design team and the contracts team. Members of test teams (those who execute the tests created by the design team) are more likely to be employees rather than independent contractors. This is because testers have to work with customer equipment at a secured site where we also provide video monitoring. During times when test teams are hiring, a link to the appropriate office will be provided on this site.

As indicated elsewhere, Triple Blind Testing puts a high value on proven experience and much less on education or certification. In return, we offer several advantages for the right professional.

  • You may decline any project offered and work outside of Triple Blind Testing is not viewed as "conflicting"
  • All contractors and employees are guaranteed no less than 2/3 of the earned fees for their time.
  • Contracts team and design team members are free to live and work anywhere in the world that they choose, provided that they have Internet access and can receive shipments.
  • All persons who provide services on a project will share in the project profits, though the terms may vary by team or by class. The only exceptions are employees paid during non-project times (annual salary employees), and they receive a share of profits for the business unit in which they are involved.
  • As a general policy, all members of a team are paid based on the work they do, regardless of where they do it. There are no adjustments for location, in either direction.
  • However, test team members must normally work at a physical site controlled by Triple Blind Testing or a subsidiary.
  • You will have the knowledge that the work you do for Triple Blind Testing contributes to legal processes that use rational data and proveable criteria rather than only personal opinions and vague rhetoric.
